St. James Pier is part of a municipal tramway serving a small seaside town. The pier is used by ferries to cross to another part of the town divided by a inlet of the sea.
The rolling stock consists of trams imported from the United States of America and various traction units from small branch lines. The layout is front operated and fully automatic, controlled by IRDOT shuttle units.
